Course Description
In a hot (seller’s) market, it can be challenging (and frustrating) to work with both buyers and
sellers. As a skilled agent, there are many areas that can be positively impacted by proper
strategizing, looking at all opportunities and setting proper expectations with clients and
customers. In this class we will discuss tactics that successful agents use in the hot market to
get their buyers the home, get their sellers successfully through closing and ways of finding new
listing opportunities. These tactics and strategies when properly used will help you better serve
your customers and clients while allowing you to build a strong business throughout a seller’s
market.
