Description

2 part class to be recognized as a Hometown Heroes Realtor!

The Florida Hometown Heroes Housing program makes homeownership affordable for eligible frontline community workers by providing down payment and closing cost assistance to income-qualified homebuyers so they can purchase a primary residence in the community in which they work and serve.  This training is Realtor specific.

All Realtors NEED to take the Hometown Heroes (HTH) class and the Florida Housing 3 CE class to be listed on the Florida Housing Homebuyer Wizard under FIND A REALTOR.
