Course Description

Welcome to the world of office buildings. Many investors are interested in this type of property. Some use it

for their own office and rent out the rest of the space. Others are interested strictly for pure investment.

In this course, we will explore investment strategies, ways to own office buildings, financing opportunities,

insurance considerations, how to find office buildings to purchase, and many more important things to

consider when working with office buildings.
