We also list homes for short sales and do not charge the seller any fees. We are very efficient and get the job done right the first time. Our buyers and sellers are taken care of as we work off of our referral business.
History
Charmagne Chappell is the president of Friendly Realty since 1996 but has been in the business since 1979. Charmagne is also the President of Atlas Mortgage, Inc. FKA Shorette Mortgage, Inc. since 1986. With the knowledge of the guidelines for financing and various programs available this helps tremendously when showing homes to prospective buyers. Each client is treated as if they are the only client. No question is left unanswered.
